Kent Rong spent 27 years in the land-based sector holding senior roles across Engineering Quality Assurance, Compliance and Game Design. Kent developed a deep understanding of regulatory frameworks and their design intent. His true passion, however, has always been in maths and analysis. For the past decade, Kent has led math development, pioneering innovative solutions and new analytical techniques that push the boundaries of slot design.
Today, Kent brings this unique blend of technical expertise and mathematical innovation to his role as Co-Studio Head and Operations Director at High Limit Studio. Kents creative mathematical vision, has been instrumental in developing all our engaging, high-performing titles.
With over 25 years of experience in slot game design, Adrian Wotton has built a career spanning both the land-based and online sectors. Beginning as a game designer and progressing through senior roles including Game Design Manager, Studio Director, and Director Producer, he has delivered market leading products across the APAC market (Australia, New Zealand and Asia).
For the past four years, Adrian has served as Co-Studio Head and Creative Director at High Limit Studio, where he leads the creation of innovative online slot content exclusively for the Games Global network. Known for blending creativity with deep market insight, Adrian continues to drive the development of engaging titles that resonate with diverse player audiences worldwide.
